How long does a custom order take?

Custom and personalised pieces take up to 6 weeks, compared to around 2 weeks for standard designs. That's because manufacturing only starts once your drawing is approved — the faster you approve it, the faster it ships.

Do I get to see the design before it's made?

Yes. A drawing is produced first, and up to 3 rounds of changes are included before anything goes to laser-cutting. That step exists specifically so you're not committing to steel before you've seen exactly how the personalisation will look.

Can I cancel or get a refund on a custom order?

No — once a custom or personalised order is placed, it can't be refunded or cancelled, because the design work begins immediately. This is different from standard, off-the-shelf designs, which follow the normal returns process.

What sizes and finishes are available?

Custom Tree of Life designs run from 480mm up to 1200mm, in black or white powder coat. House numbers follow a separate size range built around panel and digit combinations.
