Bold uses a thicker, heavier-weight digit face designed for stronger visibility from the street, compared to the finer stroke of the Modern range. Both are sold per digit, in the same sizes and materials.

Is this made to order? Yes — every digit is cut and finished to order rather than kept in stock. Standard designs are produced within 2 weeks, and personalised orders take up to 6 weeks (see the shipping policy).
What's the difference between Bold and Modern? Bold is thicker and heavier for stronger street visibility; Modern has a finer digit stroke.
What's the return policy? Returns follow the Art on Steel refund policy: 14 days to exchange or return for store credit (a 7% fee may apply to cash or EFT refunds), except custom or personalised orders, which cannot be refunded once placed.
