FAQ

  1. When will my order arrive?

The lead time on your specific order depends on several things including, but not limited to:

  • Number of items in your order
  • Number of customized items in your order
  • Number of different colors in your order.
  • COVID-19 Restrictions (Supply/Manufacturing Delays)
  • The Courier Guy are experiencing unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability due to impacts caused by COVID-19.

In stock items will ship in 2-3 days.

Out of stock items can take anything from 2-3 weeks.

The lead time for the custom trees and custom orders is 4-6 weeks, often times quicker.

  1. Why is the turnaround time so long?

We are a small business, and all orders are processed in batches. Unfortunately, we cannot run the machines for 1 or 2 pieces at a time. Once the cutting has been completed, the steel goes to our powder coaters, who generally take approximately 5-7 working days to powder coat.

Once we collect from the powder coaters, we do a quality check, pack, and ship your items. If anything in the process goes wrong and we reject the item, it delays the item's delivery by at least a week.

  1. How can I see how much stock is available on the website?

Our website will state the number of units in stock.  If it doesn’t show a number it means it is out of stock.

If your order is urgent and you are not sure if we have stock then please give us a ring or send an email to avoid disappointment.

  1. Do you keep stock of all the items in the store?

We strive to keep stock of all the products in black only. If you choose another colour we will probably not have stock and will have to manufacture your piece, see question 1.

  1. How does the process work with the custom items/Trees?

After you place your order, we start with the design. Once the design is completed, we mail it to you for approval. After approval, your custom item/tree goes in the next batch to be cut. Once the cutting is complete, the steel goes to our powder coaters, who generally take approximately 5-7 working days to powder coat.

Once we collect from the powder coaters, we do a quality check, pack, and ship your items. If anything in the process goes wrong and we reject the item, it delays the item's delivery by at least a week.
